Etek Cofounder and CEO, Eva Gerrits, joins the Rutgers University Alumni Association (RUAA) Board of Directors for a 3-year term.

Etek Cofounders, Kristin DeBias and Eva Gerrits, will join WEN Philly as Board Members for one more year, helping to support the chapter for 2026.

Eva Gerrits joins as a Committee Member for Women In Action (WIA) for a 3-year term. ConnexFM is a national multi-site facilities management association.

Kristin DeBias, Etek Cofounder and President, joined the Board of Directors for NAIOP Philadelphia. She will be serving as the Developing Leaders liaison.

Etek Cofounder and CEO, Eva Gerrits, visited Rutgers University for a second year to talk with the EPIB students about being an energy broker and what factors impact the commodities market.

Energetek President, Kristin DeBias, was named a 2024 Philadelphia Titan 100 and honored again in 2025. This program recognizes the top 100 CEOs & C-level executives in the area.


Eva joined the Dream Drive team as the Webmaster. She will be helping this nonprofit in Bucks County, PA, revamp and maintain its website.
